Mohammad Ali Akbar Siddique is his father, while Mohammad Abbas Siddique is his brother.

He graduated from Alia University and, with his brother, founded the “Indian Secular Front (ISF)” ahead of the West Bengal assembly elections in 2021. He ran from the Bhangar assembly constituency in the 2021 West Bengal Assembly elections and won by 26151 votes.  Nawaz Siddiqui was arrested on January 1, 2023, after arguing with police and throwing bricks at them.

Nawsad Siddiqui was born in the year 1993. Ali Akbar Siddiqui’s father was Pir Zulfiqar Ali, also known as “Chhto Huzur” of Furfura Sharif. He is the fourth generation of Furfura Sharif founder Mohammad Abu Bakr Siddique. Abbas Siddiqui, Nawsad’s elder brother, founded the Indian Secular Front. He earned a master’s degree from Aliah University in 2015.

On 21 January 2021, Abbas Siddiqui established the Indian Secular Front and named his younger brother Nawsad as its chairman. Before the 2021 assembly elections, the party joined forces with the Indian National Congress and the Left Front to establish the Sanjukta Morcha. Nawsad was elected from Bhangar in the West Bengal Legislative Assembly election of 2021. Only 1 seat was won by the Sanjukta Morcha in the election.

MLA Bhangar On the afternoon of ISF’s founder’s day, January 21, 2023, Nawsad Siddique and his allies began protesting, raising many claims, including state corruption. When the local police ordered that the protest be put off during office hours in the city’s busiest sector, Nawaz Siddiqui and his followers refused.  After the police forcibly dispersed their protest, fights erupted between Nawaz Siddique’s followers and the police, and his supporters clashed with the police.  The ISF personnel attacked the police with bus sticks, rocks, and stones. To deal with the incident, the police used baton charges and tear gas. As a result, traffic in Dharmatala was halted for approximately an hour.

Several police officers were hurt in this event, and the local police arrested Nawsad Siddique and his eight companions on allegations of attacking police officers and destroying government property, one of whom was a kid.
