BSNL Telecom Operator Selection process
Candidates will be shortlisted based on On-line Assessment Process (written examination).
Based on number of vacancies and order in merit list, the candidates shall be invites for Document Verification, Group Discussion and Interview.
Number of candidates to be invites for Document Verification, Group Discussion & Interview w.r.t. number of posts shall being the ratio of 2 : 1.
The selection shall be based on the final merit list created based on the combined score of online examination, Group Discussion and Interview with weightage as given:

BSNL Management Trainee-Telecom Operator Scheme of Examination & Syllabus
The pattern of the question will be MCQ (multiple choice objective type questions) with negative marking (25% Marks of each Question).All candidates will consist a common multiple-choice type online examination of three hours consisting of the following three sections:
