He started his body-building training when he was just 13 years old.
After completing high school Cedric joined the US Army. McMillan was a support quality category bodybuilder with eight Pro titles and a number of top-five finishes in big competitions. He received his Pro license in 2009 and has been participating against the top open bodybuilders around the globe since then.
His most noteworthy accomplishment occurred at the 2017 Arnold Classic in Ohio, wherein he met his idol, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and got accolades from the former Mr. Olympia. His most popular phenomenon was the 2020 Arnold Classic Ohio, where he finished sixth.
