He was born on September 10, 1969, in Hayin Gada Town, Dutsin-Ma Local Government Area, Katsina State, Nigeria. Radda attended Radda Primary School from 1974 to 1980. He attended Zaria Teachers College from 1980 to 1985. He also attended Kafanchan College of Education from 1986 to 1990, where he received his NCE credential. Later, he attended Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University in Bauchi from 1992 to 1996, where he finished his B-Tech. Agric Economic and Extension (Hons) courses, before enrolling at Ahmadu Bello University Zaria from 1998 to 2004, where he acquired his MSC Agric Extension and Rural Sociology in 2004. From 2013 to 2015, the All Progressives Congress (APC) was formed, and Radda rose through the ranks to become the party’s National Welfare Secretary, a position he held for a year, from 2014 to 2015. Following the 2015 general elections, he was appointed Chief of Staff to Katsina State Executive Governor, Rt Hon Aminu Bello Masari. In 2016, Radda launched the Gwagware Foundation. Through the provision of essential social utilities, the foundation assists individuals in rural villages in improving their living situations. He provides them with food, medical treatment, water, and employment opportunities.
The organization provided 70 bags of these things to each of the Dan Musa and Safana Local Government Areas, which are the state’s second most afflicted areas in terms of bandit attacks. The organization distributed 40 bags of identical things to each of the other six worst-hit local government regions. Malumfashi Local Government Prison Service received the same humanitarian gesture from Gwagware Foundation. During their fasts, members of the foundation spent one day with 150 detainees. The organization also released six inmates on minor charges.
Gwagware Foundation successfully taught 500 Katsina State adolescents in computer skills and tailoring on January 17, 2022. Youths and women from Daura, Funtua, and Katsina zones attended the program. Following the training, the teenagers and women were given start-up kits to help them improve their entrepreneurial abilities and contribute to the state’s growth and development. Gwagware Foundation provided 5,000 books on various subjects to Junior and Senior Secondary Schools in Katsina state’s Batagarawa local government area on January 31, 2022. The Foundation places a high value on the advancement of education in Katsina State.
