- For Level I (PRT): 10+2 with 50% marks passed and passed or appearing 2 years Elementary Educational Special Education/BED OR.
- Bachelor Degree in any stream and 2 years diploma in Elementary Education/Special Education OR BED.
- For Level II: Bachelor Degree with 50% marks in any stream and hold 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education/BED/Special BED refer by official notification.
