He is an Australian Businessman and sporting administration who is the current chairman of the AFL Commission, the governing body of Australian Rules Football. Goyder was employed at Tubemakers of Australia Ltd., an industrial conglomerate, in a number of different settings. In the year 1999, he worked as managing director of Wesfarmers Dalgety.
