Her early years were spent in Mission Hills, California. She claimed to be of Belgian, Portuguese, Italian, Irish, and Native American ancestry. She found her paternal grandparents formerly resided in New Orleans when visiting Louisiana in 2005. By the age of two, she had mastered the “Banana Boat Song” by Harry Belafonte. Brockert participated in the Summer Dance performance and was the female lead in the school’s performance of The Music Man while attending Venice High School.
